Sustainability & Integrated Reporting
Our sustainability and integrated reporting courses are designed for sustainability practitioners, reporting managers and those who want to successfully measure, communicate and manage sustainability issues using the world’s most recognized sustainability reporting frameworks – the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standard and <IR> Integrated Reporting framework.
Proxima offers a 2-day certified GRI Standards course and in partnership with BSD an <IR> approved 2-day course in Integrated Reporting. Both of these comprehensive courses prepare participants for being report-ready. We also offer a general 1-day course in best-practice reporting regardless of which, if any framework, you want to use. For participants who have already done a GRI G4 course, we offer a 1-day transition course to the new GRI Standard. Customizable in-house courses are also available and are popular with organisations that have four or more people wishing to attend a scheduled course.

Adding Sustainable Value
Adding Sustainable Value is New Zealand’s leading course for organisations that are serious about getting their approach to sustainability right. This 4-day applied learning course is delivered by Proxima in partnership with The Natural Step. Participants are invited, and encouraged, to bring along 3 colleagues at no additional cost to work as a collaborative team on developing a sustainability-infused strategy and concrete action plan for their organisation, or a chosen work project.
The course can also be customised as an in-house strategy development and review programme to develop resilient business strategy that takes sustainability as a foundation, rather than as a stand-alone strategy or add-on.
Eligible participants may qualify for NZTE Capability Development Voucher scheme funding covering up to 50% of course costs.
