Meet the team
Simon is a natural strategist. He’s passionate about helping people define what real success looks like, and then shaping a workable plan to get there. With over 10 years of experience, Simon acknowledges the importance of working for sustainable success across value-chains and industry sectors. He recommends more collaborative planning techniques because they maximise shared understanding, and enable more effective implementation.

He also sits on the boards of two community trusts on Waiheke, which is where he’s called home for the last 15 years.
